Our weekly worship (the Divine Service) is zealously faithful and we don't gimmick it up with modern/church growth movement tactics. We simply worship as the Christian church has always worshiped, gathering as God's people before Word and Sacrament to be strengthened to do good works of service for the community.
We spend much time and expense on providing faithful, consistent, and thoughtful instructional materials for our children, youth, and adults. We try to provide as many educational opportunities as possible, and encourage anyone in our community to take part.
We realize that this is the 21st century and more people use computers and smart devices to access resources. We therefore provide livestreaming, recordings, and other online resources for all.
We open our doors widely to the community throughout the year for special events such as:
Thanks to generous donations from our members and friends, St. Paul's regularly supports area organizations such as the Milaca Pantry, Milaca Life Choices, Pearl Crisis Center, the Milaca Public School System, and others with donations, gifts, and helping hands.
St. Paul's is always finding new ways to train up our families to be good stewards with their time, talents, and treasures right in their own neighborhoods! Why? Because this is what being a good neighbor is all about!
As part of our ongoing work of Connecting People to Jesus and our mission of “Growing together as God’s family in worship, fellowship, outreach, education, and service,” every several years our committee on constitutional matters reviews and makes changes to our constitution and bylaws which are appropriate for the season.
In 2024, we will once again undergo this task and make changes which reflect current membership, attendance, financial, and synodical needs and concerns. Â

Lifetree Cafe, a “conversation cafe” meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, from August through May. When you come, you’ll be offered a free cup of coffee or an espresso drink, a comfy table with friends or new acquaintances, and an hour-long program of very thoughtful conversation on a topic of interest. Â
Join us! Lifetree Cafe is open to all, free to all, and a great way to make friends and engage with others in the community.
Beginning in May, the Thursday morning Bible Study will reform into “Coffee with Pastor,” a time to come and chat about…pretty much whatever…with the pastor. Ask questions, strike up conversation, dream of better days, whatever. Pastor will have coffee and the Espresso machine going and we meet in the Fellowship Hall. We’ll also have coffee cake or caramel rolls. Open to all.
