The 4th Quarter Voters Meeting is on Sunday, January 16th following fellowship time (10:30 AM).

All reports MUST be submitted no later than Wednesday, January 12th to be included in the printed Annual Report.  All boards and committees are expected to submit a report.  This includes:

  • Church Council (minutes)
  • Finance Committee (Treasurer and Financial Secretary)
  • Pastor
  • Board of Elders
  • Board of Trustees
  • Board of Education & Youth
  • Board of Stewardship
  • Board of Outreach
  • Vision Committee
  • other committees as established by council
  • other information a member or members would like included in the report

Please submit your reports electronically when possible by emailing them to church@stpaulsmilaca.org.  If you are unable to submit digitally, please leave the report in the INBOX on the church office desk.  Hand-written reports are undesirable, but if it’s the only way you can do it, please write neatly so the reports can be transcribed to a digital format.

Again, reports MUST be submitted no later than Wednesday, January 12th for inclusion in the Annual Report.
